Our gold:
As we push for environmental sustainsbility, we do not wish to exploit natural resources. Therefore, we plate our jewelry instead of making them from solid gold. As we also push for social sustainability, we strive for a durable and affordable alternative to solid gold.That brings us to use Gold Vermeil, which comes from French and is pronounced vur – may.
It is a substantial thick layer of 14-24k gold expertly plated over genuine 925 sterling silver base. It is used for high- end jewelry for smooth shiny finish, which fits our designs perfectly.

Rings are mostly to get scratched and as much as our gold plating is heavy, we were in the search of something more durable that will also preserve the finesse our jewelry is known for. And so, we use a unique Gold Filled technique that expertly bonds a layer of 14kt solid gold to them. What is1\20? According to the American standard ,defined by the FTC, the highest quality is when the layer of solid gold is1/20th of the total weight of the jewelry and is bonded to a brass base.
Our silver:
Our silver is 925 silver which means it has at least 92.5% pure silver in it. Our silver is handled with great care by our craftsman who gives it a fine shiny finish. We strive to make as much of our jewelry from recycled silver that would come from our own scraps in the future.

To make the jewelry last longer:

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals ( when cleaning, take them off or wear protective gloves)

Avoid contact with perfume and cosmetics - put them first, wipe away any residue then wear your jewelry.

Take jewelry off when swimming – chlorine may damage the plating.

Clean GENTLY with the cleaning cloth provided - only when needed. Don’t overdo it, you might gradually wear off plating.

Best to keep jewelry wrapped in tissue and in the ziplock bag given - helps in keeping jewelry from oxidizing.
